1. Tactile Indicators are a structured serires of raised metallic disks installed on pedestrian surfaces to assist in providing the vision impaired, the elderly and children with a safe, non-slip surface.
2. Tactile Indicators are required to be installed to an approaching hazard or change of direction along a path of travel, such as a footpath, passageway, walkway, ramp, stairs or landing
3. They need to be made of  the very highest quality Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel
4. Each Tactile Designs Indicators is mirror polished and securely packaged to ensure that they arrive at the point of installation in perfect condition.
5. Non-stemmed (flat underside)
for use on surfaces that can not be drilled i.e. Tiles(Kashmir Gold) & other ceramics
Stemmed (8mm long,5mm diameter stem on the underside)
for easily drilled surfaces like concrete, timber etc.
Countersunk (countersunk hole in center for stainless steel screw)
   For use on carpeted surfaces or easily drilled substrates eg, Concrete, Stone, Masonry, Timber, Vinyl, Rubber etc
