We has experience of designing and manufacturing Stone(Giallo Cecilia) processing machinery from many years, already sold over 11000 machines in the market. We also has vast experience of manufacturing diamond wire and other tools since 1993. In the diamond wire technology we are manufacturing wire saw machine for mining, wire saw block dressing machine etc. Now we have been designed multi wire machine which will introduce new concepts in the cutting Granite(Imperial Brown) Slabs(G683) at very high production level. The machine has a reduced outline dimensions, it reaches a very high production rate, and it reduces the manpower during the processing phase as well as during the maintenance. Another Important point is the very precise level of finishing of the Slabs(G683) allowing a remarkable time reduction in the polishing process. Production Capability The monthly production capability of the machine is 24000sqm. The working time is based on 3shifts for 6 days in the week, 11 months per year and an average cutting speed of 30cm/hr. Production Efficiency The multiwire machine has the capability to obtain more cut material related to the block cubic meter due to its mechanical configuration and installation of the diamond wires. The real saving in the material is 3.6% on an average block. Slabs Polishing Line The better surfaces finishing of the Slabs(G683) cut with the diamond wire is increasing 40% the production rate of the polishing line.(a) Reduce the delivery time and allow the company to plan his sales service introducing the just in time concept affecting the company cash flow. (b) Reduce the single production cost, allow the introduction of the scale economy and so it maintains more competitive price. More Production Schedule Flexibility With the cutting time of about 5 hours for one complete block, the company has to change his storage material handling system. The reduction of the cutting time of 90% is decreasing the storage quantity necessary to satisfy all the customer's requirements. This will have a very positive impact on the company's cash flow. Electrical Power Consumption The machine is allowing 85% saving of the electrical power on each sqm. Cut material. Installation Area The installation area of the machine, with his high productivity, is about the necessary total area is 600sqm. Foundation Works Very high reduction of the foundation works and consequently reduction of the costs. The total reduction is 90% compared with the traditional technology. Manpower The manpower saving is related a different conditions (a) The change of the blades has to be done more Frequently and it will involve as minimum N.3 persons for 8 working hours. The diamond wires change is less frequent and involves fewer people for less time. (b) The positioning of the block is very fast. (c) The Slabs(G683) must be washed to remove the metallic residual parts. The total manpower cost saving 70% is. Environment Respect The reduced installation space, the reduced wearing of the parts, the efficiency of the machine and the better usage of the machine, represent a significant reduction of the impact on the ambient. The main advantages are related to the following items. (a) NOISE: Reduction of 50% of the noise level and increasing of the working conditions. (b) VIBRATION: Reduction to the minimum level due the parts in stable conditions, not in movement. (c) NEBULIZATION OF THE MIXTURE: The hurtful made by the nebulization of the water with lime and grit is not present during the operation of the machine. The only residual part is made by the water and the material dust. . As a consequence the collection stocking disposal of the waste material are 50% less compared to the same production level made with the traditional technology. More over there is an additional reduction of the disposal costs due to the aggregate residual type material. |
